Booking with Tidal is easy. Choose your preferred date and time, select the service you need, and your local Tidal cleaner takes care of the rest. You can book directly through our website in just a few clicks.
Wherever possible, yes. Your round is looked after by the same local cleaner, so you will usually see the same friendly face at each visit. If they are ever ill or away, we arrange cover so your clean still happens, and we keep things as consistent as we can.
Payment is seamless and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. You are only charged once the service is completed to your satisfaction, with nothing taken upfront.
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment through our app or website. Please try to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
