Tidal is not a faceless cleaning company. Our cleaners are local people who know their patch, with our office team handling the bookings, reminders and payments behind them, so you get a trusted neighbour to keep your windows spotless.
Our story started in 2016 in the northern town of Darlington, when our founder Ralf Hodgson set up his own window cleaning business, RH Windows, to meet the need for professional, reliable cleaning. Working his way up from the ground, he built a loyal local following one sparkling window at a time.
That same business grew into the Tidal Cleaning Services of today: our own local cleaners right across the UK, backed by a trusted brand, modern booking and an office team that handles the admin behind them.
