Our story started in 2016 in the northern town of Darlington, when our founder Ralf Hodgson set up his own window cleaning business, RH Windows, to meet the need for professional, reliable cleaning. Working his way up from the ground, he built a loyal local following one sparkling window at a time.
That same business grew into the Tidal Cleaning Services of today: a proven model we now share with independent cleaners right across the UK, so they can run their own round with a trusted brand, modern booking and a steady stream of local customers behind them.
