Tidal Cleaning Services has taken over your window cleaning round from Top Notch. Nothing changes for you: the same regular clean on the same schedule, now looked after by a fully insured, professional team. If you have any questions, we are here to help.

Tidal Cleaning Services has its own brilliant local window cleaners right across the UK, with our office handling the booking, reminders and secure payment behind them so they can focus on doing a great job. We started in 2016 in Darlington and now look after customers in 800+ towns and cities.

Tidal looks after booking, reminders and payment behind the scenes, so it is all hassle-free.

Your questions, answered

No. Your price stays exactly the same as it was with Top Notch. Tidal is taking over the admin side only, so what you pay does not change.
No. Your cleaning schedule stays the same. We are currently finalising the rounds and will text you before your next clean so you know when to expect us.
Nothing at all. There is no new contract to sign and nothing to set up. Your cleans carry on as normal, and we just look after the booking, reminders and payment behind the scenes.
Yes. The same local cleaner who looks after your windows now will keep carrying out your cleans. If they are ever ill or away we arrange cover, but we keep things as consistent as we can.
We are finalising the schedules and will be in touch shortly with your next clean date. You will get a text before each visit, so you will always have notice.
Payment is simple, safe and secure. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you are only charged once the clean is done. Nothing is taken upfront.
No. As long as your cleaner can reach your windows you do not need to be in. You will get a text before each visit and pay securely afterwards.
Yes. Every Tidal cleaner is fully covered by comprehensive public liability insurance, for complete peace of mind.
