Use your own suitable van and equipment, or rent a fully equipped Tidal van for £25 per day.

Build your earnings further

You can also bring customers onto Tidal and earn from them every time they are cleaned. If you find and service the customer yourself, you keep 85% of the revenue.

How much can I earn?

A standard full route pays around £175, with a fuel allowance paid on top.

Routes vary depending on customer demand and the amount of work scheduled, so smaller or larger routes are pro-rated accordingly.

For someone completing regular routes throughout the year, estimated annual earnings are around £40,000 to £45,000+.

If you use a Tidal van, this costs £25 per day. If you have your own suitable van and equipment, you keep the full route payment.

There is also additional earning potential if you bring new customers onto Tidal.

Annual earnings are an estimate, not a guaranteed salary. Actual earnings depend on route availability, route size, work completed and vehicle arrangements.

Extra income

Want to earn more?

There is also an opportunity to build additional recurring income alongside the routes we provide.

Bring a new customer onto Tidal and you can earn from that customer every time they are cleaned.

You clean them yourself

If you find and service the customer yourself, you keep 85% of the revenue.

Another Tidal cleaner cleans them

If another Tidal cleaner services them, you can still receive a recurring sourcing payment.

You cash them in

Over time, this allows you to build up a valuable customer base alongside your normal routes. If you decide you want to cash that in, Tidal can buy those customers from you at 4x their monthly value.

There is no requirement to find your own customers. You can simply complete Tidal routes, or use the opportunity to build your earnings further.

The right person

Who we're looking for

We're less interested in your previous experience and more interested in how you work.

You don't need to have cleaned a window professionally before. We can teach you that.

What we are looking for is someone who:

  • Is extremely reliable
  • Turns up when they say they will
  • Takes pride in doing a job properly
  • Is friendly and professional with customers
  • Is comfortable working outdoors throughout the year
  • Can work independently without needing to be constantly managed
  • Is organised and able to follow a planned route
  • Has a full UK driving licence

Work independently

You'll work on a self-employed basis and manage your own day while completing the routes you've agreed to take on.

This won't suit someone who regularly changes plans, turns up late or needs chasing.
